You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use the tum123 platform. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 will be immediately closed and funds returned.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on tum123. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in account suspension. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and major e-wallets are supported. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 hours, subject to verification and banking hours.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and specific conditions. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn without meeting the stated rollover criteria. Abuse of bonus offers may result in account suspension.

2.1 To register and use the tum123 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:
2.2 tum123 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period may result in suspension or closure of your Account.
2.3 By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in clause 2.1. Any misrepresentation of eligibility — including false declarations of age — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any Balance held therein.
3.1 To access the full features of the tum123 Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number.
3.2 Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same person — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, tum123 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.
3.3 You are responsible for ensuring that all registration information remains accurate and up to date. You must notify tum123 promptly of any changes to your registered details by contacting our support team at [email protected].
3.4 tum123 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being obligated to provide a reason for such refusal.
3.5 Account registration on the Platform is free of charge. tum123 will never request payment in exchange for registration or Account activation.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your Account.
4.2 You agree to notify tum123 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. tum123 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.3 tum123 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from tum123 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
4.4 tum123 strongly recommends the use of a unique, strong password for your Account and enabling any two-factor authentication options made available on the Platform.
4.5 All Bets placed from your Account are deemed to have been placed by you. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account credentials, whether or not such activity was authorized by you.
5.1 Currency. All deposits, Balances, Bets, winnings, and withdrawals on the tum123 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No foreign currency conversion is charged by tum123; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own conversion rates if your source account is held in a different currency.
5.2 Accepted Deposit Methods. tum123 accepts deposits via the following local payment methods:
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.
5.4 Deposit Processing. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within minutes during regular Indonesian banking hours. E-wallet deposits are generally processed instantly. tum123 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
5.5 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed by tum123 within 1 to 24 hours of submission, subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification for the relevant Account; (b) no outstanding bonus wagering requirements; and (c) normal banking operation hours. Withdrawals are transferred to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an exception is approved by tum123.
5.6 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
5.7 Identity Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, tum123 may require you to complete KYC verification by submitting a government-issued photo identification document (such as a KTP — Indonesian national identity card — or valid passport) and proof of residential address. tum123 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until satisfactory KYC documentation is received and approved.
5.8 Source of Funds. tum123 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into your Account. Failure to provide such evidence may result in Account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals pending investigation.
5.9 No Third-Party Payments. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any funds identified as originating from a third-party payment source will be returned and the Account may be suspended.
6.1 tum123 may, at its discretion, offer Bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this clause.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering (rollover) requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
6.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available only to Members who: (a) have a fully verified Account; (b) have met any minimum deposit requirement specified in the promotion terms; and (c) have opted in to the bonus offer where an opt-in step is required.
6.4 Expiry. Bonuses and any associated free bets or free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the specific promotion terms. Unused Bonuses will be forfeited upon expiry and cannot be reinstated.
6.5 Bonus Abuse. tum123 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets to clear wagering requirements, coordinated exploitation across multiple Accounts, and systematic arbitrage of promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, tum123 reserves the right to void the relevant Bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Account.

7.1 Bet Acceptance. A Bet is only valid once it has been accepted by the tum123 system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. tum123 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Bet at its discretion, including where a pricing error has occurred.
7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per Bet and per market. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by market, event, and Member Account status.
7.3 Sportsbook. All sports Bets — including those on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, and other markets — are governed by the specific sporting rules applicable to each market type (Asian Handicap, Over/Under, mix parlay (accumulator), Outright, and live in-play). In the event of ambiguity, tum123's interpretation of market rules is final.
7.4 Togel Markets. Togel (Toto Gelap, Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) bets are settled based on official draw results published by the relevant draw operator (Singapore Pools for SGP, Hong Kong Jockey Club for HK, etc.). tum123 is not responsible for delays or errors in official draw result publications.
7.5 Live Betting. Live (in-play) Bets are placed in real time on ongoing events. tum123 cannot guarantee continuous availability of live markets due to data feed interruptions, event suspensions, or technical issues. Bets already confirmed prior to any suspension remain valid.
7.6 Void Bets. A Bet may be declared void by tum123 in circumstances including: event cancellation, walkover, abandonment without a result, technical error in pricing, or where tum123 determines that the integrity of the event may have been compromised. Void Bets are returned to your Account Balance at the original stake amount.
7.7 Disputes. Any dispute regarding Bet settlement must be raised with tum123 support within 72 hours of the relevant event result being published. Disputes raised after this period may not be accepted.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tum123 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and permanent ban:
9.1 All content on the tum123 Platform — including but not limited to the tum123 brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, website design, graphics, text, images, software, and all other proprietary materials — is owned by or licensed to tum123 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activities. This license does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content; (b) reverse-engineer any Platform software; or (c) use the tum123 brand or trademarks without prior written consent.
9.3 Any unauthorized use of tum123's intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.
10.1 tum123 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
10.2 You agree that tum123 may use your personal data to: (a) operate and maintain your Account; (b) process transactions; (c) conduct KYC verification; (d) comply with applicable legal obligations; (e) prevent fraud and money laundering; and (f) communicate platform updates, promotions, and support responses to you.

12.2 tum123's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 tum123 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. tum123 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13.1 Termination by You. You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, tum123 will close your Account and process any remaining eligible Balance to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements.
13.2 Termination by tum123. tum123 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) any actual or suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) any actual or suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or (d) regulatory or legal obligation.
13.3 Upon termination for breach, tum123 may, at its discretion, void any outstanding Bets, forfeit any Bonus Balance, and withhold withdrawal of funds pending a full investigation. Any funds established to be legitimately owned by you following investigation will be returned within a commercially reasonable period.
13.4 Clauses that by their nature should survive termination — including clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive the termination of these Terms & Conditions.
14.1 tum123 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, tum123 will publish the updated Terms & Conditions on the Platform with a revised effective date. Where practical, tum123 will provide reasonable advance notice of significant changes via email to your registered email address.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.

15.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tum123 is incorporated and licensed as an international gaming operator.
15.2 tum123 operates as an offshore, internationally licensed online gambling platform. It is not registered with, licensed by, or regulated by any Indonesian domestic authority. Users are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling under the laws and regulations applicable to them in their jurisdiction before registering or placing any Bets.
